Abstract Submission

Participants who would like to present a paper are requested to send an extended abstract (500 words) in English by June 20^th, 2026 May 31^st, 2026.

The abstract should include objectives, research questions, the theoretical framework, methodology and the main expected results.

The deadline for receiving the full papers for publication is October 31^st, 2026.

Abstracts should be submitted online via the abstract submission form.

Abstracts for the Pre-Conference Side Events should be submitted online via https://confer.maich.gr/abstracts/194EAAESideEvent.

Notification of acceptance will be forwarded by July 20^th, 2026.

Please note that each Registration is associated with one Oral Presentation.

The deadline for poster submission abstracts for both the Pre-Conference Side Events and the Seminar,
is July 30^th, 2026.

Posters

Information for poster presenters:

Recommended poster dimension: width 0.90m, height 1.20m. We also recommend one complete sheet, rather than small multiple sheets. At the top of the poster, include the title, author name(s) and affiliations (organization, city, country). We suggest the poster to have title letters at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) high. Lettering for the author’s information (name and affiliations) may be smaller (1.25 cm or 0.5 inch).

On arrival, please go directly to the registration desk.

On registration, you will be provided with the location of your poster board and adhesive material for attaching your poster. Please do not use any other method of attaching your poster to the boards.

All posters are to be removed by the end of the session. Remaining posters after this time will be removed by the organization without the possibility of recovery.
